Refund Policy

At Wolk Inc, we stand behind the quality of our work. This policy outlines when refunds or credits are available, how to request them, and what to expect. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected] before raising a dispute.

1Web Development Projects

We offer a milestone-based delivery model. Refunds are handled as follows:

  • Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of payment.
  • After kickoff (up to 25% complete): 50% refund of the amount paid for that milestone.
  • After 25% completion: No refund is available for work already completed and delivered. Unused future milestone payments will be refunded in full.
  • Delivered & approved work: No refund once a milestone has been signed off by the client.

If the final deliverable does not match the agreed-upon scope, we will revise it at no cost within the included revision rounds. Additional disputes are resolved through our revision process before any refund is considered.

2Social Media Marketing (Monthly Plans)

Monthly retainer services can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are as follows:

  • Cancel before the billing cycle starts: Full refund.
  • Cancel within the first 7 days of a billing cycle: 50% refund for that month.
  • Cancel after 7 days into a billing cycle: No refund for the current month. Your service continues until the end of the paid period.
  • No lock-in: There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel future billing at any time with no penalty.

If content has been produced and delivered (e.g. graphics, captions, scheduled posts), that work is considered rendered and is not eligible for refund.

3Other Digital Services

For services not listed above (e.g. SEO, DevOps, cloud consulting), refund eligibility depends on the stage of delivery:

  • Strategy / planning phase: 50% refund if cancelled before any deliverable is shared.
  • Deliverable shared or work in progress: No refund for completed portions. Unstarted portions may be refunded pro-rata at our discretion.
  • Fully delivered projects: No refund.

4How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Project Name]".
  2. Include your invoice number, the reason for the request, and any relevant supporting detail.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days to acknowledge your request.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5Exceptions & Disputes

  • Refunds are not available for delays caused by the client (e.g. late feedback, missing assets, unanswered questions).
  • Scope changes requested by the client after project kickoff may affect refund eligibility.
  • If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and suspend service.
  • We are happy to work through any dissatisfaction directly — please contact us before escalating to your bank or payment provider.
